Since 2005, Paul Naughton, founder of Naughton Group Ltd, has worked with major OEMs in the power industry, initially specializing in fossil and hydro sectors before transitioning to wind energy in 2014.
Beginning his career as a Primavera Planner, Paul advanced through roles in project management, business development, portfolio management, and operational leadership. With extensive experience in senior leadership positions across both onshore and offshore portfolios, he has developed a deep expertise in operational planning, strategic execution, and project management.
Since 2019, Paul has specialized in offshore operations, leading complex projects that encompass main component works, advanced access methodologies, composite repairs, and the management of both fixed-bottom and floating wind turbines.
